What ages is AWANA Kids for?

AWANA at Sonrise Church serves children ages 3 through 6th grade. The clubs are Cubbies (age 3 through Kindergarten), Sparks (1st–2nd grade), and T&T (3rd–6th grade).

When does AWANA meet?

AWANA meets every Tuesday night from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM during the school year at Sonrise Church in West Valley City, Utah.

Does AWANA cost anything?

AWANA at Sonrise is free to attend. Families are welcome regardless of church affiliation.

Do I need to register my child in advance?

We encourage pre-registration so we can prepare books and materials for your child. You can pre-register online or in person on the first night.

Cubbies

Pre-K (Ages 3-5)

Clubbers must be 3 years old by September 1.

For preschoolers, Cubbies celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word.

Sparks

K-2nd Grade

Sparks ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.

T&T

3rd-6th Grade

T&T engages third through sixth graders by answering their questions about God and the Bible, guiding them through this pivotal life stage to grow in Christ's grace.
