Philippians: A Church Planted

We have spent the better part of the past 4 months in the book of Galatians. In this book, the Apostle Paul has had some stern words for the Galatians as well as those who were leading them astray. Paul was in the position of a parent speaking to their child who was being led astray by “that friend.” You know that friend who for some reason your kid is listening to them despite their obvious ignorance about reality.
This week we move into the Book of Philippians and I will let you know that this book should be much more encouraging, yet no less powerful. Just four chapters long, this book carries great power for the truth of Christ, but also incredible wisdom for living the Christian life. This week we begin with A Church Planted.
